Fry the cashew and Raisins(Dried grapes) with 1/2 tsp of ghee set aside In a pan take the shredded carrots and stir-fry for 5 -10 mins Carrots should be tender and slightly changed in color. Add the milk and cook until the milk dries. Add ghee and mix well Next add the sugar, and cardamom powder and stir-fry for few mins Finally add the Cashew and Raisins(Dried grapes)
