Misal Paav








Soak the 1 cup Green Peas in Water for Overnight
2 Tomatoes
1 onion
salt for taste
4 flakes of garlic
2 tsp Pav Bhaji powder
Oil
Salt for taste


Method

Green Peas, chopped onion and tomatoes with water cook it in cooker( 4 vessel)
after its cool take it from cooker and add salt cook for 10 mins
make a seasoning( phanna) of garlic and add 2 tsp Pav bhaji powder
and add that to misal curry!! Goes well with paav!!!

Cucumber Dosa(Tousali)




Ingredients

 1 cup Raw Rice
 1 cup Cucumber(grated)
 1/2 cup Coconut(grated)
 2 Green chili
 Ghee
 1/2 cup Jaggery
 Salt to taste
 Water


Method

Soak the raw rice about 2 hrs
Grind the rice, along with the coconut,green chili, jaggery to get a smooth even paste.
The batter should not be too thick..To the paste(batter) add grated cucumber and salt
On medium flame, heat a non-stick tava and apply ghee on that pour some batter over the hot tava and spread it evenly
Cover the dosa with a lid and cook both side over a slow flame till it becomes crisp and golden brown in color.

Mushroom Sukka


Ingredients


Mushrooms(sliced) - 2 Cups
Tomato(medium)chopped - 2
Onion(medium)chopped - 1
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Red chili(byadagi)  4-5
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon(small piece)
Garlic flakes  2-3
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds-3/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method
Heat oil in the pan fry red chili ,cumin and coriander seeds,cloves and cinnamon.
grind the grated coconut with little water  and after add above fried ingredients with smooth paste finally add garlic and grind it
Take a pan add oil after it heat add curry leaves,chopped onion fry it few mins til onion turn into  brown color after add chopped tomato and mushrooms cook 10 - 15 mins in a medium flame 
after mushroom cooked add that masala and salt and cook till become the masala is thick.
Goes good with roti,chapati and rice!!!

Bhindi Masala



Bhindi sliced- 2 cups
 Tomatoes 2
 Onions 1
 Garam Masala 1 tsp
 Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp.
 Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
 Coriander powder 1 tsp
 Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
 Oil as needed
 Chopped Coriander leaves
 Salt for taste
 Cloves 2

Method

 Dice the onions
 Dice the tomotoes
 Slice Bhindi ( Okra) in long pieces.
 Heat the oil in pan and add the Bhindi pieces.  Fry them few mins
 Keep the fried bhindi aside..Heat oil in a pan. Add the  cloves after a minute add onions and fry them until light brown.
  Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for one minute.  Add tomato pieces fry it few mins add  red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander and jeera powder  fry for 2 minutes. and salt, cover the pan and cook for a few minutes until tomatoes become soft. Add fried okra and mix slowly. Keep on heat for two more minutes..Garnish with coriander leaves!!!
