Veg Penne Pasta



Ingredients

1 cup Penne Pasta
1/4 cup Slice Mushrooms
3 Sunripe Tomatoes
2 Whole Red Chili
2 tsp Minced garlic
3 tsp Pasta sauce
4 tsp Oilve oil
Salt for taste
Grated Cheese
Cilantro (coriyander leaves)

Method


Heat the water and add Penne Pasta and add salt.boil it until it becomes tender(15 to 20 mins)
In cooking pan Fry 2 red chili with olive oil add minced garlic,sunriped tomato,mushrooms fry it 5-10 mins
add pasta sauce after  add that cooked pasta and mix well and add grated cheese.Finally garnish with coriyander leaves.

Masala Dosa


Dosa

 Ingredients

1 cup urad dal
2 cups dosa rice
2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
Salt
Soak urad dal and rice separately for 2-3 hrs. Grind dal to a very smooth paste. Now grind rice to a smooth paste. Mix both well. Now mix rice flour, maida, salt to it and mix well. Leave it for 4-6hrs (or overnight). Do not make the batter too thin.
Add soda to it and mix well.

For Bhaji

Ingredients

Onion 2
Potatoes 3
Green chillies 3
Mustard 1/2 tea spn
Turmeric a pinch
Curry leaves 1 strand
Coriander leaves 5-6 strands
Oil 1 tea spn
Salt

Method

Cook potatoes with a pinch of turmeric in pressure cooker or microwave. Peel and mash them with hand.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they start spluttering,curry leaves and green chillies. Fry for a while. Then add chopped onion and fry till they are transparent. Now add potatoes and salt. Add a half cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes(till the water gets absorbed) and remove from flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.

For making masala dosas

Heat tava and spread a big spoonful of batter over it. Make the dosas thin and crisp by using ghee or oil Roast it from both side. Spread the bhaji in the middle and fold it in the desired shape
Serve with green chutney and sambar!!!

Veggie Bread Pakora


Ingredients

 4-5 Bread Slices
1cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 cup Chopped tomato,onion,capcicum and coriyander leaves
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Water for batter
Oil for frying
Salt for taste

Method

    Cut Bread slices into desired shapes (like square, triangle etc.)
    In a bowl add gram flour, salt, chili powder, cumin seeds and chopped vegetables
    Now by pouring little water at a time make a smooth batter
    Heat one tsp oil on a non-stick pan/tawa keep bred slices apply that batter one side
    after few mins reverse the bread slice apply batter and fry it both the side in medium flame with oil
     Serve bread pakora hot with tomato sauce.

Aloo Gobi


Ingredients

1 Medium Size Cauliflower, cut into medium piece
2 Potatoes, cut into small pieces
1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
A Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
2 Tablespoon Oil
Salt to Taste
Oil for Frying
1 Tablespoon Cilantro (Coriander Leaves), finely chopped


Method

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and Mustard seeds and wait until seeds crack. Add asofoetida, turmeric powder and grated ginger after few mins add cut pieces of Cauliflowe fry it 5 mins after add potato pieces fry 5 mins add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt, mix well.add little water and cook 10 mins . Garnish with chopped cilantro
You can be served with  chapati, parathas, and puris.
